It has been our life-long dream to help people through creativity, healing and intuitive work. Spirited Expressions is owned and run by Sheryl Basford and Carrie Beth Swisher, a mother and daughter team. Each of us brings our own special talents to this business and together we make an awesome team! How We Work

We don't think people should ever have to sit and watch a clock tick down when they are working through issues in their life. We'll give you estimated times and costs for each service, but we're more concerned with getting results than keeping track of time. Give us a call and you'll see how wonderful it can be to work with someone who sees you as more than a client - you're a fellow lightworker and a friend too.
